Thank you very much for a direct, to the point reply. You won't believe how reluctant others have been to undertake the task. However, an element of my original request is missing, i.e. I would like to understand the basis on which you formed your conclusions. Where did you get the figures that you quoted to me from? I assumed in the past that you would use the review conducted by Jobcentreplus to assess Pertemps, but apparently I was incorrect because it totally contradicts you, showing the number to be 0 and a 5500% discrepancy. What source enabled you to determine that Pertemps were meeting the terms of the contract? I would appreciate it if I could have a copy of the information you used to provide the answers you gave me.
