Try as I might I can't decipher this, there is either major misunderstanding or it is just typical non salient Jobcentreplus executive crap. What I was looking for was a comment about the report that contradicts what was originally said. I don't see how it is circular because I never mentioned it before. Another case of the combined might of of the executive office not being able to prevent them from collapsing in a heap at the slightest challenge, whilst forcing a variety of compulsory demands on others.
